In the fourth round of Nanjing International Chess Super Competition, Wang Yue drew with Leko to get four draws.

  The fourth round of China (Nanjing) International Chess Super Grand Prix started in Beijing in the afternoon of October 1. Chinese player Wang Yue just used over two hours to make a smooth draw with Hungary famous player Leko to obtain a fourth set draw. Norwegian player Carlson defeated Russian player Jakovenko, continuing leadin in 3.5 points.

  Today, the first end of a chess came from Chinese player Wang Yue agaisnt Hungary player Leko. With playing style similar, the two sides had three times competition since last year, and there had been draws after fighting. Today Wang Yue still started with QP,  and Leko did not choose the new Indian defense which was this year's contest he made agaisnt Wang Yue, but rather based on Slavic defense. At start phase, Leko in order to avoid the layout of Wang Yue, deliberately chose his sequence seldom used. Wang Yue was an accurate response. After a smooth start, the two sides struggle focused to the rear wing. Close to 20 rounds, Leko pushed forward pawn to open up the situation, and Wang Yue had no intention to create complex, and after both sides exchanged a series of pieces, to the 29th round, both sides entered the different color-square elephant-pawn endgame to make a daw.

  In the other two games of chess, Azerbaijan player Radjabovthe took upper hand to use the start of Scotland system, and after 64 rounds, under the advantages, Bulgaria player Topalov made tenacious drew. In this game, Topalov in the middle game, showed a leakage calculation, and gave Radjabov a potential victory opportunity. But Radjabov did not make the best change. Since then, under inferior, Topalov tenaciously fought back, and Radjabov could not find an opportunity to expand,and in the end, to 64 rounds, in the  deadlock of White side with chariot-pawn against Black sied’s thiller- elephant endgame, both sides made no change in a draw.

  Norwegian player Carlson today played Black to usethe Sicilian defense to defeat Russia's player Jakovenko after fierce 63 rounds, and obtained the third winning since the start of competition. Carlson today went out Najdorf Variation which he used seldom, and apparently impacted by the former chess king Kasparov who had a secret pointing to him not long ago. well –prepared Carlson in the battle seized the slow hand of Jakovenko to smoothly control the middle road to get advantage. Towards the end of the first time limit, Carlson had slow hand, Jakovenko created a greater threat of central pass pawn, but Carlson still controlled the situation since then, and eventually won in the endgame phase.

  After four games, Carlson wins 3, and has 1 draw and has 3.5 points , continuing leading the competition. Wang Yue and Radjabov all have four draws and have 2 points respectively. Jakovenko, Topalov and Leko have 3 draws and 1 loss and have 1.5 points respectively.

  On October 2, the competition will meet the final round competition of the first cycle. Wang Yue will be back hand against Topalov; Carlson will be upper hand against Radjabov; Leko will be  the upper hand against Jakovenko.
